Decent purchase, a few hiccups
I bought a Lismore Diamond decanter and a set of tumblers. The ordering process was straightforward online. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but they did arrive safely. Everything was packed really well, no damage. Customer service responded within 24 hours to a question I had about care, which was helpful. The decanter itself is beautiful, very solid and looks great on my bar. The tumblers are also nice, but one had a tiny, almost imperceptible scratch near the rim. Not enough to return, but I noticed it.

Oh my goodness, I ordered the Lismore champagne flutes and they are absolutely stunning! They arrived so quickly and were packed perfectly. Each flute is just exquisite, they shimmer in the light. I used them for a special occasion and everyone commented on how elegant they were. I am so glad I finally treated myself to these.
